Dj Sean Sax

Sean's deejay career began in the early 90's while attending York University in Toronto. It was not long before his well-attended campus parties began attracting the attention of local club promoters. This led to Sean's legendary residencies at the world-renowned Industry, Power Bar and Berlin nightclubs. Having shared the 1's and 2's with such respected deejays as Jam Master Jay, Pete Rock, DJ Premier and Funk Master Flex to name a few, Sean's skill at manipulating the crowd with his turntable techniques and programming prowess could never be questioned.

It is these very skills that led to Sean's ground breaking WreckShop Radio program on air on both Buffalo's WBLK 93.7 and Toronto's FLOW 93.5. After half a decade of on-air radio programming and over a decade of club playing, Sean took a break to spend time with his new family but has since decided to return head first into the music spotlight once again.

Tired of the repetitive nature of commercial radio and always looking forward, Sean has seen the future of getting quality, soulful music to the masses and has therefore set his sights upon the Internet. Sean can now be heard on the Solar Radio, the world's premier soul music satellite and Internet radio station, every Friday from 9 to 11pm EST (2-4am Sat. GMT) and just recently picked up by Toronto's own Soulstreamnetworks.com every Thursday from 3 to 5 pm EST .
